I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, just a few steps away from the subway station. The neighborhood is great, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel offers a free breakfast with a variety of options, including both continental and Japanese food. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing directions to tourist spots and offering fast check-in and check-out service. The WiFi connection was fast and reliable, which was a big plus for me.

Although the staff was friendly, they had difficulties communicating in English, making it hard to get information or ask for help. Additionally, there was no safety box in the room, and we felt uneasy leaving valuable belongings. Finally, we expected to have more variety in the breakfast menu, as options were limited to rice balls and salad.
